Daily Real Estate News | Wednesday, January 02, 2013

More than a third of Americans polled by Country Financial expect residential values to climb over the next five years.

That 35 percent (out of 3,000 survey respondents) is about even with 36 percent who believe that home prices will hold steady at current levels.

Some 19 percent of those queried predict price depreciation for the period, and 10 percent are unsure which direction prices will move.
